Ali read the question over and over again, he understood what Reem meant, a part
of him was expecting her to ask about his past.

What happened with ur father? Why did u leave the country? What happened to make you leave everything behind for 2 and a half years!
Ali sat back, he expected the question and maybe he gave her the opportunely to ask him a question so he would actually talk to her about what happened to him, maybe he wanted to tell her why he doesn't trust people easily, why he doesn't want to allow people in his life again.
He took a deep breath and wrote down a reply.

Reem parked her car, she looked at her phone, nothing from Ali, She decided that she'll send him d DM once she gets into uni.

The waiter brought the food and interrupted them.
